I have attached screenshots of the product along with data from the installation table. I would like guidance on how to make this product compliant.
Could you please help me understand the following:
- Step-by-step process to make the product compliant
- Key factors that are responsible for compliance
- Tables that need to be checked

Hi @akguj,
You should onboard the publisher and add your entitlements, reconcile the publisher again, and see how the situation will look afterwards.
Edit: To be more precise, your entitlement expired in February and is in retired state. You’ve purchased 102 rights, but you’ve installed it on over 1,000 devices. Creating an entitlement should create down grade rights, as your screenshot shows different versions, etc. If the metric is user, how can you have hundreds of installations without an assigned user?
There is so many open questions, that I would recommend starting from scratch.
Hope this helps!

Add your contract or contracts and the corresponding entitlements as a first step. It looks like there are two versions of the application, one seems to be SaaS, at least the retired entitlement points in that direction. The second one is an installed version, where you have 1k installation, but no entitlement in the system.
Once you added the entitlements, reconcile on publisher level and take it from there.

The results are correct, because there are no valid entitlements unless you purchase a new subscription. If you changed the end-date of the subscription on the entitlement record to a date in the future, then I'm sure you'd get the right results.
