I'm setting downgrade right and getting the error message: An inactive downgrade model already exists, please re-activate it.
I'm unable to find a location where the inactive downgrade rights are listed, in order to reactivate it and wasn't able to find information in the docs/help.
Can someone please let me know where I can go to show those Inactive Downgrade Rights, please?

I found the solution, from a co-worker.
Go to the Software Models, scroll down and pick the Downgrade Rights.
Remove the filter: Active = True
Pick the inactive SW Model, Click on the 'False' and set it to Active.

Hello @Dale W
Just type - "sam_sw_downgrade_right.list" in the left navigation. This should give you the list of all the downgrade rights in your system. Now filter out the inactive ones and deactivate or reactivate it.

Thank you, Shivalika
I'm not getting any results searching on that table name in the navigation bar.
When I go to the list of tables in the View/Run reports - it's not listed there, though there are 5 tables listed with 'downgrade' in the filename.
Might there be another way to browse into the table from the classic or Software Asset Workspace ?

Hello @Dale W
Can you instead try with script then, just do glide Record in this table and reactivate the deactivated records?

Hello @Dale W
Another suggestion would be to go to sys_db_object table and search for downgrade rights or tables containing downgrade.
From there you can go to the list of records and reactivate the inactive ones.
