How to remove users in AD group in ServiceNow

Hi Community,
There is already a flow in workflow for adding user to AD group. In the form there are 4 options, if user selects first 3 options then user will get added to mentioned AD. This process is working fine. Now, if they select 4th option then the user should get remove from 2 mentioned groups. Can anyone please help with this.

Yes, Use the removal of user from AD group activity.

Actually the user is the person who is in the variable "requested for" that person should get removed from 2 AD groups. So, what should I give here in "User ID" field and "Group ID" field.
