How to send a communication about the maintenance of ServiceNow

I need to send a communication from ServiceNow about the patch updates to the stake holders from ServiceNow. Is it possible to send?

Hello @Lohith N ,

 

You can send emails from ServiceNow about any subject matter, including an upgrade.

For example, if you track each upgrade as a Change Request you could send the email from that record.
