How to troubleshoot Adobe Cloud Integration for SaaS Subscriptions when there is a Delta?

Good day,

We setup the Adobe Direct Integration Profile within the SaaS License management.
Subscriptions are properly retrieved and populated but there are gaps. Not all subscriptions we would expect are shown in ServiceNow and I don't know why.

The All > Software Asset > Administration > Job Results show that the import was completed successfully.

Any ideas on how to see whats happening during the import and why a good portion of the subscriptions are skipped?

If these are all accounts on the enterprise agreement (not the teams agreement which Adobe doesn't support API integrations for), then I would go ahead and submit a ticket with NOW support, so they can troubleshoot. Sounds like an issue on your instance.
