how to use User CAL metric Licence

Hi,

We need to populate data manually for user CAL Reconciliation (microsoft product). 

 

Some body know which table to feed fo letting user CAL Reconciliation work

PS: We are using SAM Application

Correct.   You go to the Client Access page, Create a new entry by filling out the Name field, pointing to the Sofware model (E.G. Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 Enterprise) and enter the purchased CAL entitlement count in the Total device count field.

Then after you run the reconciliation you will see the results under that model you selected.

For clarity - the purchased CAL entitlement count would be populated in the software entitlement record associated with the User/Device CAL license metric. The consumed rights (i.e. number of users or devices accessing the software model) is populated in the client access record.
