Import Software Entitlements with work notes/ comments

Hi SNC,

We are using the Software Entitlement import capability in SAM Pro and want to extend the Import Excel sheet (template) with work notes/ comments to get it in the Activity stream. 

How can we achieve this?

Hi Dennis,

Thanks for the shared document. This is explaining how to import data into a custom field called "notes". This can be a solution if we can't get the info in the Work notes/ Comments activity flow.

Hi,

as already mentioned by @Serkan Yilmaz, the field "Work notes" isn't a classic text field it part of the activity stream and can't be filled by the upload engine.

A workaround could be a hidden field to store the work notes and an additional business rule/script to add the field content into a work note.
