Create SW Entitlement - shows up blank - can't progress onto next screen

Hi community...

 

Has anyone experienced this? If yes, how did you fix it? I can't even progress to the next screen...

please install the following plugin to solve your issue - "Software Asset Management Playbooks and Guided Setups"

Install Software Asset Management Playbooks and Guided Setups (servicenow.com).

Hi @dreinhardt - thanks much. I had that already installed. I just repaired it and now trying to go through the Guided Setup to see if that fixes it. I'll report back.

Apparently this is a known issue with a workaround:

Hopefully you are able to login and access the KB. 

You have to download a script include and import it and that should fix it. I'm trying this now and will report back.
