incorrect SAM Pro Content Library entries

I am seeing a list of inconsistencies with the SAM Pro content library listing software models as "licensable" but the manufacture's website says it is not licensable. Is this a known issue? am i supposed to be reporting these findings? Should i open support tickets? what is the proper way to resolve these issues?

 

Examples: Adobe Systems Fresco; Logitech LWS Webcam software; FedEx Ship Manager

Log a support case with ServiceNow team and provide additional information on the discrepancies. They will check with Content team and make necessary modifications if needed or will provide clarifications for the behavior.

In addition, it would be good to check with your Account or Sales team for the mentioned product if there are any terms and conditions it to licensable or free and what is applicable in your setup.
