My organization did purchase Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and the Service Now site states that once purchased, it is available for us to install on any of our instances. Is there a way to install HAM on my PDI if my PDI is registered via my organizational email address?

Hi Jason,
I don't think that means PDI. All instances here mean prod and non-prod (dev, Test etc).

Thanks. I wonder if that is also the case for SAM Pro.

Hi Yousaf. I am experiencing the same issue. From what I was able to capture HAM is not available for PDIs, seems to be related to plugins missing for develper.service-now.com. My advice is to use Now Learning simulator instances.

From the Developer home page, click on your profile icon & from the pop-up modal select Instance Action > Activate Plugin. You'll get a searchable list of installable plugins (HAM Pro is NOT listed). I'm still trying to figure out how to get that myself so that I can explore the Telecommunications Network Inventory plugin.
