Hello everyone,
I am seeking feedback and references on the Software Asset Management (SAM) tool provided by ServiceNow. Specifically, I would like to know about your experiences with the tool, including what worked well and what did not work well.
In particular, I am interested in hearing from those who have implemented automatic connections via the low code API method. How has that worked for you so far? Additionally, if the software providers had any updates to their software, did this impact the low code implementation? If so, how did it affect your processes and what steps did you take to address any issues?
What kind of BAU structure was set up to maintain the platform once everything is up and running?
