Installing SAM Workspace in Vancouver

Hi All,

Software Asset Management Professional is already installed in our instance. I checked the Asset Management Playbook and Guided Setups but it has compatibility issue.

I have checked this on the application manager but just wanted to know how will I know if this is free or paid subscription? Thank you.

What release are you running?
If I lookup this Playbook & Guided setup in the system application, I get this which states 'Pricing Paid'

I really appreciate the response @Community Alums. 

We were able to install the SAM workspace using the SAM Playbook and Guided Setups and changing it to other versions. We pick the lower version and we were not able to have the compatibility issue. Thank you.
