We've been running into an issue in our ServiceNow SAM instance with multiple products being 0% compliant due to the message: "Installs requiring action" with a list of software installations related to that product that supposedly exist and aren't being tracked. This list usually contains multiple different versions of the product and what device they are installed on. They all come with the same 2 reasons: "Install without a software entitlement" and "Install with missing SaaS subscription." How can we resolve this? Please reference attached images for more context. Chose the software Alteryx Designer as the example.
What we have tried:
Editing the software model.
Recreating the software model and SSAL.
Recreating the Entitlements.
Changing the DMAP of the software model.
Running reconciliation multiple times after any of these changes.

Hi @dylanmarshall,
did you already check the linked details shown in "image1.png", you can click on each reason to get more details about it. (Table "samp_unlicensed_reason")
It looks like that the assigned user is not assigned to the subscription within the portal. To cross check, please review all user subscriptions linked to the software model related list "user subscriptions".
Best, Dennis

Hi @taylorpie, @dylanmarshall,
could you please confirm all of the mentioned users (linked to a device) are assigned in the portal?
