Integrating with Microsoft 365

Hi, I am trying to connect SN with my O365 demo instance. Everything is configured from my O365 part but in service now I get errors when trying to create my direct integration profile. The Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management is indeed activated.

Do I need to go to this 'Global application scope' ? How do I get there ?

I followed this guide : https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-management2/...

Thanks,

Nicolas

Then you need to install that plugin.

Go to plugins in the navigator, and lookup com.sn_sam_saas_int.

If you're encountering errors during the setup, it's a good idea to check the 'Global application scope.' It's like the control center for your integration. To get there, in your ServiceNow instance, just follow these steps:Log in as an admin. Navigate to 'System Applications.'Click on 'Applications.'Look for 'Global Application Scopes' and click on it.Now, you should be in the 'Global Application Scopes' section.  Here you can configure and fine-tune your integration with Microsoft 365. As you're exploring this, keep in mind that Office 365 Cloud Backup Europe adds an extra layer of protection and intelligence to your data management.

Hi @npigeon , Are you sure you have the Saas License Management plugin installed? I actually found your post because I don't see it available in my PDI and I'm trying to figure out how I can get it. I don't see it on the developer homepage or when I search within the instance's plugin page. How were you able to install it? TIA!
