ServiceNow ITAM:If price of catalog item is zero, then on ESC/Portal should show this catalog as a freeware

How to achieve this?

Hi @Sachin Gavhane , 

Did you try to check onload script and check the item's price and show as freeware. You can create an variable set with single variable and onload script and use in all catalog item wherever it applicable.

I tried it but it is not working.

Let me reframe the requirement
if "recurring price" is Zero then short description of the catalog item should be modified and it should contain a note "this software is a freeware"
