Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Based on what I see, you’ve created an entitlement for SQL Server 2000, which is using a Processor-based metric.
Please check the following to help resolve this:
1: Go to the Software Installation table (cmdb_sam_sw_install.LIST) — check if there are installations for SQL Server 2000 Standard.
2: If yes, verify which Software Model Result they are linked to.
3: Open that Software Model — confirm whether there are any installations under Unlicensed Installs.
4: In the Software Installation record, check the Discovery Model linked to the SQL 2000 installation. Open it and make sure it’s connected to the correct Software Model you want to map.
5: Finally, open your Entitlement, verify it’s linked to the correct Software Model, and then run Reconciliation again.
