We are finding that ServiceNow has Discovery models set as licensable for non-business applications - for example Gabby's dollhouse, toilet training applications, etc. These do not have software models associated with them so we cannot mark them as not under management. They are showing up on our software license compliance position report and our ELP grouping report causing alot of noise on the reports. In other tools these have been identified as part of the mapping as non-business and then we had non-business reports we could run to manage these. How are others handling this? This is one of many things that is making our users feel that the data we are giving them is not useful. Thx.
