Hi,
we have configured an integration with Azure Portal to import Microsoft 365 subscription and time usage. when running the 'sam-import 365 user subscription' the data is imported on the samp_sw_subscription table, when we run the 'SAM- Collect Microsoft 365 Usage' job, i notice that the outbout message calls are successful (return message code=200) but zero data in the table sam_sw_usage. the reclamation rule is the default one created by SNow.
any idea what we are missing
Thanks for your Help
