Hello,
I have successfully uploaded the Microsoft MLS Billing report into SAMPro and do love the outcome. I did notice that cost per unit was not written to the ServiceNow entitlement records. Have I done something wrong? The cost is critical in our reporting. Any hints?

Hi,
Did you face any challenges with it, I am getting an error that "There was no data found in the selected file. Ensure the correct file was selected, and the desired data is in the first sheet of the document.". Can you tell me the steps you took to update the file.?

Rakesh,
First, let's level set. I asked our Microsoft rep for a copy of the MLS report. I did not change the spreadsheet, other than the name of the file. Our report has 10 tabs.
Second, I then used SAM Workspace -> License Operations -> Entitlement Import -> New
-> Import Type (Microsoft license statement (MLS)) -> attach the MLS spreadsheet -> Create a description for the upload -> Import
After using the above process, in Yokohama, I had ~7k imported entitlements and 100 or so contracts. I did review the import errors. The most common errors were for the older entitlements when the PPN wasn't in the content library.
I suggest you test this before applying to a Prod instance. There is quite a bit of net new information added to ServiceNow tables.
Let me know, if you have any questions.
