We recently completed the import of our MLS. Upon review of the SQL Server software models, I noticed that the "Any Version and/or Edition" is "Not Compliant". The License Metric Results show 124 Device CAL licenses owned with 0 licenses required. Despite this, the Unlicensed installs show as 525.
Can someone please help me understand how these unlicensed installs work? Why is the licensed required quantity not the same as the unlicensed installs? How would we go about making this compliant? Thank you for any help you can provide.
