How to track Subscription entitlements purchased mid year with SAM Pro

Looking for best practice on how to track subscription entitlements in SAM Pro.  I have a subscription entitlement for 10 licenses that are good from 12/2/2023 until 12/1/2024.  In June we are purchasing 5 additional licenses which are for the same cost center and expire at the same time 12/1/2024 (they are part of the same license group).  I also have a contract setup for these and we do the renewal thru the contract.  So when that Contract is up on 12/1/2024 we need to renew 15 licenses.

What is the best way to record the entitlement for this second group of licenses and how to ensure it will be renewed with the initial set?

@Dwight Mickley I would create the entitlement for the second group with the subscription starting in June and ends at the same time as the other entitlement (12/1/2024). Link that entitlement to the existing contract you have so that it will show up under "Assets Covered". When you review the contract closer to the renewal date, it should list the two assets included in the renewal with two different start dates but had the same end date meaning the additional licenses were already co-termed and can be renewed all together.

Hope this helps!
