Not able to remediation options on SAM workspace

I am not able to see remediation options , even I have installation and licenses , I ran reconcilition but still not able to see remediation options and I even observed license required is also 0

Has anyone faced such issues ?

@kiran kumar m1  can you check your license status by navigating to System Diagnostics > License Audit in ServiceNow to ensure everything is properly configured?

Hi @Nilesh Pol thanks for your swift response , but there is no License audit module under system diagnostics

 

@kiran kumar m1 verify configuration under licence operation -> Licenning -> software entitlements.
