To be complaint you'll need to ensure the license rights you've purchased for these red hat product cover the respective installations as dbalinski points out.
Without more details it's hard to point out the specifics of your situation, but please check the software models for these Red Hat products and check for matching discovery models under the related links (drill down further from the discovery model to see the installs discovered). If you don't see matching discovery models for your software model then your installs are not getting picked up for reconciliation to the entitlements you've entered on the software model.
