Oracle JAVA SE discovery models and software installations are missing

Hello Team,

 

I am new with SAM Pro and trying to learn certain areas. 

 

Creating entitlement using PPN for Oracle Java SE Desktop Subscription - Named User Plus (L106376) and Oracle Java SE Subscription - Processor (L106377) is not being associated with installed software.

 

I have published the software entitlements but I couldn't find the matching discovery against my software models.

 

Can you please help me, what I am missing here

Hi @AnikpreetS,

please check the following Re: SAMP : device allocations for Oracle Named Use... - ServiceNow Community and try to create a "Client Access Record" for your Named User Plus consumption.

 

If the terms and conditions about the components for Java SE Desktop are the same, you could copy the suite components settings from the other model to this.

but there is no record in Suite components against the entitlement

Hi @AnikpreetS,

Details about Java SE components should be available by Oracle or your product owners, could be different per contract. Based on the details you can add the models as suite components and run a new reconcile.
