Personalizing Columns under Software asset workspace.

Hello Experts , I am using Software asset workspace. I need to edit columns under "license usage" so that it is visible to everyone . Currently when I am doing it through Edit column (List action)it is just setting up for me , I want to save that as default for everyone. Not getting any option to do that , please help .

Hi,

As an admin right click on the list header and Configure -> List Layout

Save the column list.

this will be the default list for all users, unless they modify/personalize it for themselves.

After they personalize, they will still have the option to reset to default.

However this option is not available in Software asset workspace. In this I am getting Edit column option and after doing that it is not saving as default .

find here an example to add columns for to "Reconciliation Results"

1. Change scope to “Software Asset Workspace”
2. Open “Software Asset Workspace”
3. Click “Configure Workspace”

1. Click “Open UI Builder”

1. In page selection, click “License Workbench”

1.  In main window, click “Edit content”

1. In Tab selection, click “Reconciliation”

1. Click on “Historical results”

1. Click “add” in right panel and add e.g., “Progress summary”

1. Save changes

Hi Dennis , Thanks a lot , I tried and it is working for "Reconciliation" tab . However , It is not coming up for "Publisher " tab . Can you help for that ? I need to customize the column for "Publisher" tab .
