Leading on from other Adobe post, we have a set of users that we moved from their VIP agreement to our ETLA. Both agreements had their own Subscription profile and user download. The VIP agreement has ended but the users and profile remain consuming subscriptions, these users are now consuming two subscriptions. What are the correct steps to remove these users listed against the VIP subscription profile and remove the VIP agreement profile?

Hi @andynewey,
as long the user details are available in the tenant and the tenant is reacheable, SAM Pro will import the data everytime.
- Remove the user from your tenant list, this will remove the subscription from SAMP
In your case, I would recommend to (agreement ended and integration is no longer required)
1) Disable the integration in SAM Pro
2) Remove all users from for this tenant from the user subscription table
3) Remove the integration
Best, Dennis
