I have successfully integrated Adobe portal (SAAS) with servicenow , for models like Acrobat dc I am able to see user data , user principle name, s/w model etc , but for Creative cloud I am getting data as empty , I am not getting the s/w model data , publisher , product data is empty as shown in the image ? Has anyone faced this issue with creative cloud in samp_sw_subscription table?

Hi @kiran kumar m1,
could you please add the column "Subscription identifier" and check if this value is included in the following table.
If yes, try to map it to the correct software model or raise a ITAM content request
If no, and the identifier is not included, please raise a ServiceNow support ticket to get help as it seems to be an issue with your integration
- Unrecognized Subscription Identifiers [samp_sw_unrecognized_subscription_identifier] List of subscription identifiers that are not associated with a software model.
Best, Dennis

Hi @dreinhardt any Idea on this ?
When I click on over licensed amount report it opens a KPI , but when I click on Publishers out of compliance it is showing publisher cards , why it is not showing the KPI graph , just like over licensed amount
