Hi All,

We have Adobe CC all apps entitlement with license metric as user subscription and the products that are part of the suite are not showing up as complaint.

Hi @PRANITH REDDY1,

could you please add a few more details about the statement "and the products that are part of the suite are not showing up as complaint".

I guess your expectation is, that all of the suite component products are covered by CC and will be compliant in the workspace?

By default the suite inference percentage/number setting for CC is not optimal. Based on your current agreement you should change the option to "Number" and set it to the amount of apps that must be installed to be counted as CC. I remember it was "3". As soon 3 or more apps are detected, all of these apps covered by "CC All Apps"

Hi,

How do i change the inference to number from percentage.

Thanks,

Pranith

Hi @PRANITH REDDY1,

the "number" option was introduced with Xanadu.

You can find the option here "Software Model > Suite Components > Inference Option"

Thank you for the reply. that did not fix the issue, suite products are not being marked as complaint.
