Recommendations on which modules or plugins we should purchase

Hi Community,

I would like to implement ServiceNow in my company to manage:

  • Incidents

  • Service requests

  • Software assets (licenses)

Context:

  • Organization size: 700 end users (requesters)

  • Agents: 2 fulfillers (IT/HR agents)

  • Goal: Find a cost-effective solution with the lowest licensing costs

What I expect:

  • Recommendations on which modules or plugins we should purchase

  • Clarification on whether ITSM alone is enough, or if ITAM/SAM is required separately

What I’ve checked so far:

  • Looked into ITSM Standard and HRSD, but usure which combination is best for small number of fulfillers and large Numbers of requesters.
