Red Gate Toolbelt Software Compliance

We can't seem to be able to get our Red Gate Toolbelt Software to go compliant.

We have 2 Entitlements, 1 for Toolbelt and 1 for Toolbelt Essentials.

They both share some components as part of each suite.

ServiceNow only offers a discovery Map for Toolbelt, not Essentials, even though there are 10 Products included as part of Essentials.

So we have a number of products currently part of 2 suites.

Strange thing, the Toolbelt Essentials reports compliant.

We then have 4 products which won't show compliant and all 4 are part of 1 of the Suites.

Hope you follow.

I assume we are not alone so how have you solved it ?
