Removal Candidate "User Subscription" field

I am unable to make a selection from the required field "user subscription" in the Removal Candidate form.  What table does this to point to and why can't we see anything in our instance?

Hi Kim,

To have an idea of the reference table, you can open the dictionary and check the reference tab, their you will get the info.

I am not sure what you are referring to as "the dictionary." Do you mean the table samp_sw_subscription?
