Renewal Calendar is not showing data for entitlements and contracts in SAM workspace

Hi Experts,

We have uploaded the entitlements in the system with all license type for SAM. We have the start date, end date and maintenance expiration date available in these entitlements records. When we are navigating to renewal calendar in SAM workspace we are not able to see any data in the calendar view however, the same data is visible in the list view. 

Has anyone faced similar type of issue? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I get this for contracts but here I am not see for Entitlements

Same issue for us, any updates?

(We have entitlements with subscription license types, with valid dates and In Use States - but they only show on Renewals calendar in List View, not on the calendar view.)

I have just come across this issue. It should be fixed in later versions (Utah patch 10, Vancouver patch 6 and Washington DC).

Hello,

We are still experiencing the issue with the calendar view not showing all renewals even though the entitlements are all In Use. I can't access the KB articles linked by @Community Alums . Where can I find more info about it? I couldn't find anything related on the support page either.
