Hi Team,
Customer asked me remove all the data from Software entitlement form, and they will start afresh. But when I try remove data for Sqlserver 2016 enterprise, the dependent data will also go off as shown in PIC.
Somewhere I read if it's deleted it should come from content service feature from SAMPro. Customer earlier used it and not using anymore. So if I delete the entire data , how to get back the dependent data as manual entry also will not be allowed.
Can you suggest an alternative?
Regards,
Srinivas

Hi @dvass0107,
good advice @pavani_paluri!
As soon a PPN or software model with a linked DMAP is created and the content library contains details about downgrades or suite components all required software models and relationships will be re-created of necessary.
Best, Dennis

Hi @dvass0107 ,
Instead of deleting them, Could you please try to retire them. If customer wants a clean slate, please archive them
