could you please check the Invoice or with your ServiceNow sales person. The PPNs starting with "PROD"

Based on public sources, the PPN could be "PROD00064"

That is the part # that I used but when we do a search by Product part # we came up with the following software title ServiceNow, Inc. Cloud Infrastructure
