Hi All,
For some of the entitlements the active rights is greater than purchased rights.
Does anyone know how this is happening.

Hi @Vengadeshgiri ,
Active rights are the purchased rights that are active in that entitlement; the state of being "Active" is based on the dates of service (Start Date/End Date) starting no later than today's date and ending no earlier than today's date as well as the state not being "Retired".
Allocations available is the number of active rights that are not already allocated (a right is allocated when a record exists in User Allocations or Device Allocations that targets that Entitlement record).
Purchased rights and active rights will be the same as long as the entitlement is active.
How to fix it
- Review entitlement start and end dates
- ✅ Ensure only one active entitlement per contract period
- ✅ Retire or expire old entitlements
