SAM Integration with Adobe Cloud

We have configured a Direct Integration profile for Adobe Cloud. The "Validate Adobe Credential" action returns "Connection Successful". After running "SAM - Import User Subscriptions" job we can see records in the Software Subscriptions table <samp_sw_subscription> created by the Adobe integration. However, the number of user subscriptions is significantly below the total expected (125 imported vs >100,000 expected). We ran the job again and now we see 126 subscription records for Adobe. We do have the Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise subscription plan.

 

Has anyone encountered this type of behavior and where should we look to investigate further?
