SAM Pro - Concurrent Users

Good Morning.
I have a customer who is using SAM Pro - and is asking how they handle concurrent licenses.
They have 2 licenses to a system - and can provide these licenses to 5000 users.
The system restricts the users to only 2 at a time.

Is there any documentation that would tell them how to handle this situation?

Thank you!

They would use one of the License Metrics under the Metric Group "Concurrent Licenses".

Follow up to this question. I have the documentation for the license metrics. The issue is while we establish a model with a concurrent/Floating license metric, we have a max of 100 rights. We leverage the procurement workflow for our REQ process. The system is not allowing us to allocate more than 100 users against the entitlement even though the concurrent /floating licenses allows for more users to be allocated - checkin/check out controls are managed at teh product. How do we address the user allocation restrictions on the concurrent license model. There is nothing in the documentation that I could find on that. If it is there but I missed it, can you point me to the specific section for WA release please?

Concurrent licenses should generally be managed by a standalone license server.  To properly reflect the data in SN you would need to connect to that license server and ingest the data.

In terms of allocations you can brainstorm ways to store documentation on your users, but license compliance likely will not be 100% accurate without ingesting the license servers data.
