SAM Pro integration with Procurement systems

I’m looking for documentation on SAM Pro integration with procurement systems. If you have worked on this or have any information, could you please share it? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

ServiceNow SAM Pro doesn’t have a one-click integration with procurement tools that I know of but you can connect them using IntegrationHub/APIs, Import Sets, or MID Server depending on the system. The key is to standardize your data, automate the imports, and reconcile regularly.

The only thing I know to keep in mind is that the exact setup like which tables, fields, or API calls will depend on the specific procurement system you’re using.
