SAM Remediation options, missing checkbox to remediate some actionable licens

In SAM Pro I am looking at the Create Allocations remediation option.  In the documentation it says "To remediate all actionable licenses, click the Create All Allocations Button.  To remediate some of the actionable licenses, select check boxes to the left of the records to remediate first.

I am on the Software Asset Workbench and have the Create Allocations remediation screen up, I do not see any check boxes.  I thought I would see it on the Licenses Required by tab, next to each record, but I don't see a checkbox or any kind of action that would make me believe I could select a subset of records and create allocations for them.

I feel like I am missing something just not sure what it is.

Hi @Dwight7 ,

Firstly, check if the user has "sam_user" role.

If yes, then check and follow the steps mentioned on this Article :https://www.servicenow.com/community/sam-blog/allocation-management-on-servicenow-sam-pro/ba-p/26492...

Thanks, I saw that article before, but missed the part where it talked about clicking on the number of the License Required and then clicking on the Create Allocation button on that screen.

@Community Alums one follow up question to this.  If I apply a filter to the Licenses Required by tab, say I filter the view to show just in use assets, when I click on the Create All Allocations button will it create allocations just for that filter, or will it apply it for all assets before I applied the filter?
