I noticed this conversation on LinkedIn yesterday where it was claimed that an exam voucher is being issued on completion of SAM Simulator course. It can be because of a ongoing recent bug on now Learning for voucher issue.
Officially, if we follow ServiceNow credential path there is another course (SAM Fundamentals/SAM Implementation) which has to be completed to get a voucher.
To get an official confirmation from ServiceNow, you can log a case on nowLearning portal.
