Hi all,
One of the customers I am working with has the update existing reclamation candidates job failing and has done so for the past 8 weeks. We have an update set that was supplied from SN that would fix this but we are unable to apply it for various reasons. We will be updating to Yokohama in the coming months which will fix the failing issue.
My Question though - what exactly will be affected with this job failing? I understand it will be reclamation candidates, but what exactly with the candidate will not be updated? Are there additional things outside candidates which may not be updated either?
Any/all help is welcome, thanks.

with reference to the script - e.g., the job checks if a RC is still valid or not (software already removed or usage is available), updates savings
