Hi @ARAVINDA11 ,
When you are using import sets to import CI from SCCM or Tanium you can use the IRE by adding an onBefore transform map script. ( Refer to : https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-manag... )
The out of the box identification rules checks:
1: serial number & serial number type
2: serial number
3: name
4: mac address & name
When IRE doesn't find a match in one of the rules, a new CI will be created.
Check if SCCM / Tanium imports serial numbers for example or that the name from SCCM / Tanium is the same as the discovered name.

Hi @ARAVINDA11 ,
Just to add on Reply of @Community Alums , If we are using already discovery using ServiceNow , There is no need of integration with SCCM.
Also just want to validate the SCCM Asset vs ServiceNow Discovery, you can pull the data from SCCM , Like name and Serial Number and Pull the data from ServiceNow discovery from Different classes , then you can use excel to validate the data.
SCCM is only provide the Windows Server or computer with limited data but ServiceNow discovery able to discovery all type of device with Related Data and relationship.
Also if you still want to use SCCM for Data load in ServiceNow , Refer the below documentations.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking appropriate response as Mark my Answer Helpful or Accept Solution this may help other community users to follow correct solution in future.
Thanks
