Hi Team,
We are M3 support, handling SNOW incidents which assigned to 'XYZ - IT - M3 Support' group. We have limited resources to handle ticket daily. We need to improvement SNOW to have some automatic activities. Is there any possible that SNOW can send automatic notification email to remind users to check their ticket which ticket's status is 'waiting user information' and 'waiting resolution confirmation'?
1. 'waiting user information' - auto remind user every three days except weekends
2. 'waiting resolution confirmation' - auto remind user every three days except weekends. After finishing continual three times remind, still no reply , is there any possible system close ticket automatically?
I have used flow designer for this, but its not working.
Can anyone please help me on this requirement?
