Servers missing information on installed software

Hi everyone,

We have some Servers are used by Business Applications with installed software

However, the software install table does not have any information for these servers. This prevents SAM from determining software lifecycle status for these VMs.

Does anyone experience this issue?

Hi @Ph_m B_u,

 

based on the used inventory technology (Discovery, ACC-V, SCCM) you should first check if the used technology is able to scan and inventory these servers.

 


- Discovery : run a quick scan discovery for this IP

- ACC-V agent: check if policies for software inventory are active and review agent logs

- SCCM: check SCCM Db if the device is present
