Cloud Based License with installable product - need to ignore the Installs

I am having an issue with Airtable. We license the product on a per named user as a cloud based SaaS tool. We see installs of the Airtable desktop and mobile application and these are now reporting out as out of compliance even when we are within compliance of the licensing terms.

What is the best way to get these installs to be ignored.

I have tried to use a secondary software model called Airtable Airtable Enteprise, as that is the secondary product in the content library and then used the associated discovery map to manually normalize the installs to point to the Enterprise Model and mark it as License not under management.
Ive tried to create a custom product to exclude the installs but that created duplicate issues with the model/publisher details as Airtable is in the Content Library.

What I do in these situations is create a duplicate Software Model with install condition Installed on > Configuration Item fields > Name 'is anything'.  And then I uncheck the License under management box.
