Smartsheet integration in SAM Pro

I have created direct integration profile for smartsheet in sam pro. but what is happening  there are 11k something for licensed one and 2k something for viewer. but in the smartsheet the licensed user are 11k approx and for free it is 11k approx.

Suggest some ways to identify the issue.

I got your point. You are using OOB connector for this SAM integration. 

We did face issue while reconciling data for Workday integration profile. We took ServiceNow help which ended up with slight Connector  design change.

So I will suggest you to raise a case (Hi Ticket) with Servicenow Vendor. They will help you to map it properly as on this specific requirement ,no documentation available.
