Software Entitlement import with purchase date

Hi,

We were working on software entitlement import with the purchase date using OOB entitlement import from s/w asset workspace, but during the import, our Purchase date & Start date are set to the current date, & the end date is not getting fetched. The requirement was to be able to import without any manual changes
Can someone help me with this?

Hi @rohanthoke,

could you please share an anonymized template extract for testing in our own instance. Maybe the template date is in a wrong format (month date changed, etc…) Please format the template field in the format as the entitlement is setup MM-dd-YYYY
