Software installations for one specific version is reconciling to two different software models. I would like it reconcile to the correct model, highlighted. Unsure were to start and how to troubleshoot my way through to correct it.

Hi @adewan,
If you don't need the software model with version 4 and it was created by mistake (or do you know the reason?), then delete it and run the Reconcile again. Please make sure beforehand that all entitlements are assigned to the correct software model.
Best, Dennis

Hi @dreinhardt
I have two version of the software in the environment. 3.x and 4.x and both the software models are correct. I would want the software installation version 4.4.x should result in software model ending with 4 and 3.x to be result in other software model.

Hi @adewan,
Am I right in saying that you have also created a software entitlement for the product Beyond Compare without a version? If so, then the result shown is correct.
In the first step, SAMP tries to assign all software installations to a suitable software model with entitlement. If no clear assignment is possible, then the other software models, e.g. 3.x and 4.x depending on the version, are filled.
