Hi all,
Softwares in Software Installation table are showing as Unlicensed Install = true and Is Reconciled = true, even though they are not added in the entitlements table.
Can anyone help me to understand why Is Reconcile is true and Unlicensed Install is true? How do these fields turn true? On what Criteria?
How does the SAM job executes or reconciles? does it reconciles all the Publishers available in Software Installation table?
Any quick help is much appreciated.
Regards,
Pranita

I can understand your intention behind your own product/DMAP, but I would advise against it, especially in the case of Adobe and the integration of the Adobe Portal with SAMP. The SaaS integration is based on the SAMP content data and the applications on the portal are repeatedly linked to out-of-the-box DMAPS & products. For this reason, your own product will not bring any added value and you will lose all the benefits of the content service. This would also be a possibility why unlicensed installs are still displayed, as the SAMP content db product is still linked.

The related list in the product displays 19 software installations, 12 of them marked as Unlicensed installs. I expected the configuration of the product to prevent exactly this behavior.
Any other ideas on what else we have configured incorrectly or what the problem might be?
I would check whether there is an assigned user for the 12 devices mentioned, and if so, whether this user also has a valid subscription in the Adobe portal. This is one of the most common errors with SaaS products. As soon you instance is upgrades to W.DC/Xanadu you'll get more insights into the unlicensed reasons.
Best, Dennis

@Pranita Bahugun I think there might be more installs of that software than purchased rights. Please check.
