I've attached a file that shows MS office 2010 being assigned a software model results to 2010, 12013, 2016 2019 & 2021. These records are all normalized to MS office 2010 standard. This messes up the information on the software asset workspace, license usage for MS office 2010. I don't understand why it would do this, and have never seen this before. Please advise or provide suggestions on why, and how to fix
I removed 2 fields that identified computer & assigned to.
